Accelerator key

A keyboard shortcut for a command. For example, Ctrl + Alt + Delete is an accelerator key for the task manager in Windows 95.

Activate

To make a window active by bringing it to the front.

Active window
The current window that is being used.

Applet

A small application that cannot run by itself.

Application

A computer program.

Associate

To link a file with a certain program. This way, when you double-click on an associated file, it will open the correct program.

Async SRAM (Asynchronous SRAM)

Async SRAM is not synchronized with the system clock, so the CPU must wait for requested data from the L2 cache.

How to Export and Import Registry File Before Editing ?

This is an important tip about the back up of your System's Registry. Make sure before modifying your system Registry about its backup because Registry contains all the information on how your system runs. This backup will help you to restore Registry in case any problem occurs after modifying.

For that,You can backup the whole Registry and also Registry subkeys.
Press Win+r then type "regedit" in Run box and click Ok button. Here you can export the whole Registry or you can locate the required subkeys that contain the information that you want to edit.

Go to File menu option or right click then click on Export option for backup and save it with on any your system drive with .reg extension and you can restore this backup going File menu using import option.

How to Work with Print Screen on the Keyboard

Tip to the Print Screen (Prt Scr) on your Keyboard..This button helps us to get the Current Windows Displays Screenshot/Picture..

How to do?
First, Take the Window that you want to picture out ,then Press the "Prt Scr" in your keyboard...or press Alt+prt Scr...result will be same.

Then Open MS Paint/Photoshop.

for paint just press ctrl+v to paste the picture in the paint..
For adobe Photoshop Click File->New->OK [size will be the current screen resolution]

Windows Media Player or any other Media Player Playing Movie cannot be Screenshoted.
