Windows 7 Tweaks - FavSofts is a handy and reliable application designed to enable you to add shortcuts to your desktop context menu. Easily accessible from desktop to your recently used programs.
You need to check the Status first, if the application key is not available it creates the key automatically. Then it creates the application shortcut to Windows 7 desktop cascade context menu.

Windows Tips - Open Files and Folders with a Single Click in Windows
You can choose to open files and folders on your windows computer using a single click. To open an item using a single click, you only need to position the mouse pointer over the item and then click to open the item. This saves you from constantly having to double-click to open items.
When you choose to open items using a single click, you can specify if you want icon titles to always appear underlined or appear underlined only when you position the mouse pointer over the icon.
Using a single click with underlined icon titles makes opening files on your windows computer seem more like clicking text links on a Web page. To select an item when you have chosen to open items using a single click, simply position the mouse pointer over the item you want to select.
To select more than one item, you can hold down the Ctrl key as you position the mouse pointer over each item you want to select or holding left click and drag to select.
To Change Folder Options on your Windows computer.
Open Windows My computer
Click Tools in Menu Bar
Select Folder Options
In General tab of Folder options Window
Below Icons items as follows

Here you Select the Type of selection you need

Managing folders - Best tips that you can use to manage your folders:
First of all, be sure that the folder that you are going to manage contains only sub-folders and not any files. With the grouping facility (although you do not get enough facilities as in case of files) you can:
Show the folders in thumbnail view, be sure that the number of folders is small since it gets too large in thumbnail view and takes much space. (And you feel reluctant to scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the desired folder unless you have a scroll-ball in your mouse!). If any picture is stored in any of those folders you can see them as the folder template on the folder. If you have four pictures the folder will show as much as four pictures in Thumbnails view. I do not prefer this. I think showing only one picture template will make understand enough about he contents of the folder. Also it gives a cool look than that of four pictures!
Show the folders in icons view. This option is best in case you have almost 100s of folders. It allows you to see many of the folders at a time. But you will not get as much information as in case of the Tiles view. Here the Details pane comes into play! Use the Details pane, from where you can get info about folder type and the date created and more the particular folder. Also, when you pause your mouse on the folder you can see its size as well as some of the files stored in that folder.
Show the folders in Tiles view. This is the best, best and best option available if your folder contains not more than around 50 to 60 sub-folders. (Tiles view works quite fine with 80 sub-folders in my pc). It gives you great result both for a cool look as well as providing info about the folders. Perhaps the coolest file-management feature available only in Windows xp. If you are interested in the Tiles view, you are of my opinion.
The Details View, if you want details about a particular folder, you can switch to the Details view. The Details view is very helpful. It allows you to see details about the folders as well as takes minimum space to show the folders.
Make the habit of modifying the Choose Details. This one is very helpful in both cases of folders as well as of the files. The Choose Details allows you to modify how you want to arrange the icons. (The items you choose in Choose Details will be visible if your folders are in the Details view!).
Managing Files
Managing files with Windows xp has just got the best way. You have much more and more facilities when it comes to managing files with windows xp. The best way for managing them is by grouping. The kind of grouping depends on the type of files you have stored in your folder.
Does your folder contain files of more than one type?
Here, it depends on the kinds of file types stored on one parent folder. You may have stored (for example) excel as well as word files. Here you should use the grouping system and arrange the icons by the file Type. The view of the files depends on the number of the files stored. Small number means you can use the Tiles view.
Do not use the Thumbnails view in case of files other than images. This gives a bad look to the icons. The 24bit icons work with them but the 16 bit icons look to be exaggerated. The Tiles view is the best in this case, as I think. If you have files of the same types in the folder, you might be thinking to manage them such that they could show you the summary of the files. OK, you can do that. All you have to do is to specify its category and the comments in the Properties dialog box.
You don't have to edit single file at a time. You select all the files you want to modify and then arrange the icons by their properties that you have just edited and then poof!
Make separate folder for each file type- If you are to handle a lot of file types in a single folder, I will advice you to make separate child folders in the same parent folder. You may give specific names of the file types to the folder that contains the files and may apply icons which may tell you what kind of files are stored in the folder. This is a good way I manage my files in single parent folder.

Not A Valid Win32 Application Error
File is corrupt, bad, or missing.
File is not designed for your version of Windows.
File is a virus, worm, or other malware file.
Hardware incompatibility.
File is corrupt, bad, or missing
If the file or program you're attempting to run is corrupt or missing, Windows will be unable to execute the file properly and sometimes generate this error message.
Download files
If you downloaded this file and verified it is a file that will work with your version of Windows, delete the file and try downloading and running it again. It's possible during the download that the file became corrupted.
Finally, if the second download does not work, try downloading the file from a different webpage. It is possible that the person or company maintaining the website mistakenly uploaded a corrupt version of the file you're attempting download.
Installing a program from a CD or other disk
If you're attempting to install a program and are getting this error, verify that the CD is clean. If the CD is dirty or bad, you could get this error during the install and/or get this error after the program has been installed because it was not copied properly onto the computer.
Running a program from the computer
If you're running the program from a shortcut on the computer, verify that the program is still on the computer. In some cases if the program is no longer installed on the computer you may get this error.
If the hard disk drive is corrupted or bad it can also cause working programs to fail either because not all the data can be read from the hard disk drive or because the program has become corrupted while on the drive. Run scandisk and defrag on the hard disk drive to check for any potential errors.
Long file name error
Make sure the program or file you're attempting to run does not contain the same name as the long file name directory it is contained in. For example, executing a file named "program" in the "program files" directory can cause errors in some versions of Windows.
Bad file
Any file can be changed or renamed to be a .exe file. If you're downloading the file, make sure the file is supposed to be a .exe file and that it's not being changed. If you're attempting to create a .exe, file make sure you're compiling the file for Windows and never just rename a file to a .exe file. For example, renaming a .bat file to a .exe file will not make the file an executable file. For a file to become an executable file it needs to either be compiled or converted through a software program designed to convert the file.
File is not designed for your version of Windows
If you're trying to run a program that is not designed for your version of Windows you may get this error. Although many older programs designed to work in older versions of Windows will work with new versions of Windows, unfortunately, not all programs will work.
If the program is an older MS-DOS program or early Windows program you may get this error.
If the program is designed for a 64-bit version of Windows and you're running it in a 32-bit version of Windows, it will not work and generate this error.

File is a virus, worm, or other malware file
This error can be generated by a file that is a virus, worm, trojan, or other type of malware file. Often, this will be caused because the virus scanner installed in the computer will not allow the file to be installed or run. Try scanning the file to verify it is not a virus and/or infected.
If the file has been checked and is clean, it is still possible that the virus protection program and/or another program installed on the computer is causing issues during the install or execution of the program. Boot the computer into Safe Mode and try running the program; booting the computer into Safe Mode will make sure nothing is running in the background that could be causing this error.
Hardware incompatibility
If you're getting this error during the installation of a program it's also possible that the CD-ROM drive or the drive you're installing the program from is not compatible with Windows or has drivers that are not compatible with Windows.
